Valsynk was born from a deeply personal experience — one that’s familiar to many Indian families.

Mr. Upendra Joshi, our Founder, spent over 20 years leading sales and operations across two states in the pharmaceutical industry. Despite his success, like many working professionals, he invested through traditional channels — agents, banks, and intermediaries — without truly understanding whether those products matched his family’s long-term needs.

Over time, he realised that multiple insurance policies and scattered mutual fund holdings had no structure, no direction, and no clarity. That became the turning point. Instead of continuing blindly, he chose to educate himself — clearing the AMFI certification to become a registered Mutual Fund Distributor and passing the IRDAI exam to understand insurance products responsibly.

For over 15 years, he worked with clients in the open market, helping them make informed product choices with a focus on honesty, simplicity, and long-term consistency.

In time, his children — Pranav Joshi (MBA Finance, NMIMS) and Rashmi Joshi (MBA Finance, Canada) — joined him as Co-Founders, bringing structure, systems, and scale to the legacy he built.

Together, we shaped Valsynk — a modern, mission-led financial distribution and product-access platform built on education, trust, and clarity.
